“I was in a handicapped tub room and the shower chair was too wide for the tub. Honestly the tub was too narrow for the handicap shower chair. Someone didn't put in the right type of tub. They just assumed. I got it in the tub but since the tubs are acrylic it wouldn't take very many time for the tub to crack due to the weight of the person on the chair. The legs rest on the curve where the bottom meets the side.
Other than that it was perfect”
“The hotel is in a great location. However, nothing special about the hotel itself. There is no microwave nor refrigerator. Also the check-in process is not quick and efficient. Staff member seemed confused at times.”
“The Providence area was very nice with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a bakery. You could walk to all of them. The pool was clean and well maintained. The items in the lobby shop (Suite Shop) were reasonably priced. There is a grill by the pool and one day some guests were cooking on it.
The ONLY downside was that smokers would sit outside the back lobby entrance, which is also the pool entrance. Would rather see a smoking area further away from those main entrances.”
