“Room and facilities were ok but the staff needs much improvement. Book for one night and booked for another night explain the situation twice to two desk clerks. Oh it’s fine they said. So why did they call me down to check out and repay a second incidental fee and check in again. ”

“The AC didn’t work in the room. The pool was not available. The front desk staff for check in was absolutely rude. Had to let the water in the shower run for about five minutes before it stopped being brown and the entire hotel smelled like sewage. Both beds in the room were broken.”

“We were in town for a track meet. The hotel is cute and close to liberty university. We booked a business suite for more space. The rooms are large and have a washer and dryer in the room. Free breakfast is standard, well prepared and just what we needed to start our day. Nice hotel for a good price. The business suite has a 2 burner kitchen and full sized fridge and dishwasher as well. Worth the price.”

“One night family stay, bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off, sink faucet handle hits mirror above when using it, noticeable stain in middle of chair cushion, large dent in wall, bedroom curtain coming off of track. No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly.”
