“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. “Accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean, well kept & genuinely my stay was just as my home, away from home. During this "2026 Snowstorm" my flight was cancelled. The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels. “The room was clean and the facilities excellent. A deposit was held in my card against stuff I may buy from their shop. However I am yet to see my refund to my card of payment. Might be an oversight on their part.”
