"The hotel staff was polite and helpful, but the amenities were lacking. The breakfast was not included and consisted of a microwavable breakfast sandwich. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend."

"Room was clean and plenty space… but we did have a few issues to speak of. We arrived late the first night. We checked in and brought our things to the room. From the balcony (nice bonus to have!) we could see people in the courtyard using the fire pits. We gathered a few things and went to enjoy that area. When we got there the fires were out. I asked at the desk and was told they were closed since 10pm ( we had seen them on well after that) and that they were out of fuel. She could not give me info on if they would be open the rest of the weekend or times. The next day we also arrived late after a long day of judging a local competition. There were no parking spaces available at all. There were even cars already parked in every space big enough for a vehicle that wasn’t an actual spot. I had paid for parking, so went inside to ask what to do. I was directed to park my car either on the Main Street of an urban area or a parking garage the next block over. These options would have both cost additional money when I had chosen this hotel specifically to have a safe place to park and had paid for that spot… I will give credit to the staff member that offered to move his own car to allow me to park when I pointed out that I am disabled and unable to walk from the next block with bags, etc. When we made it to the room that night it was to find that the room had never been cleaned or trash emptied or towels replaced!"
