“Disappointed, This is a property we stay at often. I choose this hotel because I'm older woman with arthritis and and when traveling I always book a hotel with a hot tub to ease my body before bed. After our arrival and getting settled in our room I went to the pool area and stepped into the spa tub to find it ice cold. I reported it to the main desk and the clerk said he would report it. The next morning I inquired again and the girl at the desk shrugged and said she had no idea when it……

“The room was very clean and comfortable I would 100 percent return. I do wish the tvs offered were smart and offered apps like YouTube or Netflix.”

“Don’t expect much with breakfast like other chain hotels. The food is meager, no hot food offered during the week, except on the Sunday morning we were there, there was a small tray of scrambled eggs and a small tray of some breakfast patties. Come Monday morning, only cold cereals, few slices of bread, and a few apples and mandarin and it was just a few minutes past 8 a.m. ”

“I was booked for 3 nights, only stayed for 1. On second day was told to park my vehicle (pickup and enclosed trailer) off the property to make room for more potential customers at the side resteraunt. It was suggested to either park in the street/back alley or an open parking lot in what looked like an unoccupied business. There were still around 50% of the parking spots were open at the time. We left at that time, being we were denied parking access. No way going to park vehicle in potential……
