“Clean room, was very warm but a fan was provided. The bathroom is a little dated but works & the shower had good pressure so was nice & powerful. The breakfast was good, a buffet selection. The chap on reception was very friendly & helpful. Would recommend.”

“Upon arrival there was a sign saying the pool, sauna and steam room were going to be out if order for half of my stay, this was not communicated at all and no compensation or adjustment made to the room rate to compensate especially being in mid to high 3 figures. “A lovely house in a beautiful location should’ve given us a wonderful holiday but it was far from the 4 star anniversary experience we were hoping for after a very difficult year for my wife & I. We had to be moved from our room due to the shower tray not draining but there were old coffee stains on the skirting board, tablecloth & curtains, not to mention stains on one of the “clean” towels.
