“Clean rooms. Jr suite spacious for family of 4. Pool is lovely oasis tucked in the back with occasional drink service. Breakfast is great. Location 1 block from zocalo on street where cars cannot drive, making it a great walking area. ”

“This hotel is not close to the City center but it’s so worth it. This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very attentive and they treat you as if you are the only guest there. They also have an amazing restaurant with great food and drinks. The concierge are always available to help and have a taxi ready for you when needed. They also have a great referral for a private transportation service, (Alfredo). He will also offer private tours. ”

“Pros: Wonderful staff, helpful for reserving a driver, taxi to airport, tips and suggestions for local food and sites. Snacks throughout the day are provided and they are delicious, pastries, and more. Rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is clean. The private deck is gorgeous and feels like a private oasis. Location is very central, convenient, and safe. Cons: Bathroom hot water only lasts in short 2 min bursts of scalding hot and then becomes very cold. There are minimal lights so……
