“The room was entirely clean, the staff was amazing, friendly, entertaining and well mannered. Everyone worked as a unit to ensure the guests were always taken care of. The boat ride (catamaran) was beautiful. The archery was so much fun. Every single resuturabt was amazing and the buffet was just as amazing as the restaurants. The buffet staff were proactive, attentive and friendly. The spa was AMAZING. I will absolutely be back to this resort. ”

“We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet.”

“Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”
