"This hotel is under construction / renovation !!! Customers should know that before booking. No lobby, dirty elevators, makeshift front desk, check in at 4 pm without any place to sit down. When asked where to sit while waiting for a room they said to go outside on the bench (very cold and raining). Room was fine, clean and comfortable but bed mattresses are sagging on the side that everyone uses; they need to be rotated or turned over or replaced."

"By far one of the best!! Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, smelled great, not that typical hotel smell! Room furniture and design looked newly renovated. I have bad back problems, the mattress /pillows were very supportive and comfortable! Very grateful for that! For the bar, it looked amazing, the restaurant was top notch! I Recommend the breakfast tacos for brunch! Pool area was well lit, and clean! The location is perfect, with some cute art displays. Every staff member I came in contact with was very polite and helpful. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Waco. I hope the entire staff gets these reviews, it definitely takes a team to accomplish this! "

"Beds were clean and comfy. Elevators super slow. My parents stayed on the first floor right in front of the pool and found to live roaches in their room. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon for one night. Staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely were not inviting. Convenient location, however after coming in from dinner Saturday night, lots of half dressed women and men hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. Not sure if they were guests or just hanging out. Definitely not family oriented after 9 PM."

"Hotel lobby was under construction, but was looking very nice. The grounds outside were littered with trash and cigarette butts. The room was clean and smelled heavily of disinfectant. I stayed in a room the farthest from the freeway. It was extremely loud. My door did not shut properly, so hot air blew in, and the air conditioning stayed on almost constantly. The couch in the room was stained and looked as if a rodent had chewed on it. The TV got some channels, but a major portion had audio only!!! There’s also a confederate flag flying pretty close to the pool that was in the middle/side of the parking lot. "
