“Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.”

“The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all.
