After the confusion re booking which the receptionist could not find we were asked to pay for the new room in cash which we found a little unusual. The room we were given was excellent.

Ort prima. Zimmer optimal. Alle sehr freundlich. Nur das Essen ist nicht so lecker und wirklich zu wenig Angebot. Und wifi ist miserabel

We had ana amzing stay at the Hyatt. All the facilities were amazing. The staff was efficient, kind and well tRAINED. My only critic would be the very slow service by the pool bar. We will definitely come back
