"Room was ok, clean with micro wave, small refrigerator. Room opens up into a community kitchen, sofa, chairs in the sitting room. Staff was nice, checkin was easy."

"the spot was great to experience the volcano eruption and land back into a fern gully sanctuary. The bathroom was without a mirror or a shower curtain or door which was mildly inconvenient and strange. the beds were cozy and the hot tub was great. A great time was had by all!!"

"Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up."

"It was late at night when we got to this VRBO. The instructions told us to walk down a path that would be lighten but it was completly pitch back and we were walking in the middle of a rainforest. Once we figured out where we were, we typed the code and got the key. We walk in and the place is a mess. Dirty sheets, dirty towels all over, food everywhere, clearly not ready for us to be there. We text the property owner and he thankfully responded quickly. He gave us the code to the other room....
