“There was a typically hotel breakfast. Everything was clean and my room was very large. The furniture in the room seemed misplaced and some of it was stained/had seen better days. My bed and bed sheets were clean and comfortable and that was what mattered the most. I wish the shower had better water pressure.”

“Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy.”

“Room was clean but was unable to receive a refund after booking for two nights and had a family emergency which only allowed me to stay one night. ”

“Booked last minute after driving for 8 hours. Check in staff was AMAZING. He was incredibly nice to us (I have loud kids). Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time! ”
