“The accommodation was good especially for the value of the rental.We had an issue checking in due to the accuracy of the address, however the host was very good in supporting us after the fact. We understand that this has now been fully resolved.From here we had great access to the city and perfect for our short stop off.”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“Great location and decor”

“Great property. Very clean and close to parks and the downtown area. Several areas that you can walk your dog. Parking was super easy. Only critique would be the WiFi - the tv/streaming was interrupted daily and would have to reset the server to get it back. The host were very attentive sent me info timely and instructions for the visit were excellent. Will stay here again!”

“This was a last minute booking when other accommodations fell through. Boy did I luck out! Close to UAB and the Shades Creek Greenway, it was the prefect place to stay. I enjoyed the quiet of the complex and the cleanliness of the unit. Would def stay again.”
