Pool was filthy when we arrived , kids couldn’t enjoy. If low season requires a non buffet all inclusive - it should be noted Fire alarm was sounding couldn’t sleep - there is no management in situ just a WhatsApp that is not monitored 24x7 Employees were nice and respectful-

The staff was awesome for my wife’s birthday they went above and beyond Juan was the manager and he is a great person and Monica at breakfast was great outgoing for everyone no bad experience at all first time in Costa Rica and it was awesome I would love to come and spend the rest of my life there

The road to the park is only 5 miles from the city, but it takes 30 minutes or more. SO beautiful though. In the clouds. Wish we had more time here. We only spent an hour, and we needed several! So beautiful!!
