“Nice clean and quiet”

“Very nice apartment style hotel with a lot of space and great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the free laundry services were very helpful. We came for an affordable price and would definitely recommend.”

“They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros……

“We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. We were told to “speak to Expedia” instead of fixing anything. For health and safety reasons, we had to decline the stay and leave immediately. I emailed a……
