"The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is extra special and gorgeous. Columns and chandeliers and woodwork and ceilings were just awesome. They have kept the history and glamour. Rooms could use a little maintenance but nothing major. The bar was eclectic and romantic. Food in the restaurant was very yummy and staff is great. Enjoyed our one nite stay- we felt like royalty."

"Room was not ready at 3, and had to wait 15 minutes. Was not happy, as we wanted to get settled in and had to head out. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. My wife got waffles, strawberries, and cream, though out of strawberries. We were just turned off by the staff all together."

"Family move to another room. Toilet in 404 constantly running. However room 306 was perfect. I went to move my stuff from 404 and fix the toilet flapper so ur water bill wouldn’t be high because no maintenance personnel was available to stop water from running all night"
