"This hotel itself is substandard. The overall condition of the building is just sad. She is a tired old building that should be totally refurbished. On top of that, the "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins, ugly fruit... instant scrambled eggs. The counters in the breakfast area were disgusting and sticky. The person who checked us in was outstanding. She was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and kind. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. "

"If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the spot! Very remote. Check in was a breeze, the house was neat and clean. The lake was beautiful with a family of geese present. Fishing was plentiful (for husband) and the rest of the property was large enough for a few nature walks. The house had all the amenities we needed. We'll book again!"
