"Couldn't shower after the long dry there was no cold water to"

"Couldn't have been any better. Well appointed room and amenities. The room itself faced the most beautiful mountain range and landscape. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was in line for a similar rooms of its size. The casino was amazing and on site restaurants were great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back."

"Parking was easy but property was dirty. I placed maid service on door handle two day in a row without any service. Breakfast was non-existent, I tried to get coffee at 9:04 am and was told breakfast stop at 9:00 am so no coffee that morning. Hot water in shower would get cold. Lamp in room was not working. Stayed there in the past during reconstruction thinking that they will be upgrading the hotel but was wrong. I will never stay there again."

"My room was dirty and it had like baby dead roaches all of the place, in the bathroom by the toilet underneath the sink on the floor, in the kitchen area, by the credenza, by the AC unit, even on my bed there was a small dead roach underneath the bottom pillowcase. The warm blanket was old and had cigarette burns and hair. I had to remove the warm blankets from both beds and place the sheet to sleep on top of it. I made the complaint the next morning because we got back to the hotel late the night before. I spoke to the front desk that the room was dirty and explained everything to her. She offered to move us to another room but we were getting ready to leave for the Gathering of Nations and told her we would not be back until 2:00 am. She said she would go in there and clean the room and give me new sheets, blankets, and towels. When we got there the room was not cleaned but she did replace the sheets, had new blankets, and towels. Pretty disappointed in the management of this property, ever since the new property owner took over two years ago. They are make you put a tag on your car so that they know that you are a guest of the hotel. It defeats the purpose when security is not around and there were several cars of transients staying in the parking lot. On Saturday night when we got in from the GON at about 3:00 am there was a car parked where I ended up parking and there were people in there. The next day there was poop next to the car on a dog pad.Disgusting! Never again"
