“If you are looking for a good size house right on the beach this is it. The house and the beach in front of it were extremely clean. There were four adult men in our group and each of us had a good size bed to sleep in. Also, with three bathrooms and a kitchen we were set up beautifully. I totally would stay here again.”

“Gorgeous location right on the beach. Cabana was very clean and tidy. Zero issues with critters of any kind. We visited the week of some of the hottest temps on record (last week of March) and were nervous about the lack of AC. The ocean breezes and ceiling fans worked great for keeping us cool. Loved the big porch and spent most of our time there. Host was great about providing check-in instructions well ahead of time and was gracious and responsive during our stay. Cabana is in Hopkins……

“The house was a good location for us as home base while exploring from Dangriga to Placencia and beyond. We really enjoyed the breeze in the evenings on the veranda and the early mornings on the roof top. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning in the bedrooms a life saver. It was a comfortable house. The only downside was the four sets of multiple keys, especially at check-in when we were unfamiliar with everything. Seems like a small thing, but it was a challenge to navigate in the heat.”

We could not have been happier with our time at MyanHeaven, a slice of heaven right in Hopkins - a beautiful house with wonderful beds and bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous peaceful veranda, feet from the beach, easy walking distance to resturants, groceries, vegetable stands and the Thongs Cafe (great food). Mark, Sabrina and Dean made themselves available to answer questions, make suggestions and provide information about the community, sharing their passion and love for their adopted home. The accommodations are spacious and clean with plenty of room for large groups (our party of six consisted of one couple, two mothers/mothers-in-laws, and two friends), with ample space for a variety of interests and activities. “Whats not to like? The sand beach is right out the door and the beach goes out what seems like forever. A great home base to explore out of. Hiking at Mayflower Bocawina National Park to the waterfalls is not to be missed. Had a manatee surface kayaking the mangroves just to the north. A well appointed kitchen and great resturants nearby (dont miss Ella's and Maxim and Luba Laruga). A most responsive host for sure! All in all a wonderful stay!”

“We loved the eco friendly concept, and the resort and staff were wonderful. The food at the Rhum Shack was exceptionally good, and our compliments to the chefs. Our room was upgraded due to a birthday, which was appreciated. The beach was fantastic as were the pools. Andrew was the Concierge, and our tour guide on a full day tour to the ruins and cave diving. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional! We enjoyed the tours so much thanks to him.”
