“Property is older and a bit dated, but staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate plumbing issue early in the morning of our last day (due to the early morning hour, no maintenance person was available, but the front desk clerk was quick to get us into a different room quickly). Room(s) were clean, bar soap and basic shampoo, conditioner, lotion dispensers and hairdryer available. TVs were a little glitchy (had to manually turn on tv, THEN use the remote to operate. “My two granddaughters and me went school shopping and made a weekend of it. They are 9 and 6 and had the absolute best time at this hotel. The double queen room was spacious and so much more than I anticipated. The entire staff from check in to check out were wonderful. So helpful and courteous. Well done Hilton!! I would recommend this hotel 10/10 and so would my girls. Actually they want to come back in Dec for our annual Christmas shopping! We will see you then!”
