“Our stay in San Pedro, Belize was absolutely amazing! We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Belize while celebrating a wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and exceptional customer service. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. “The sargassum infestation made this a complete waste of money. Most people plan trips 6 months in advance, like I did. This was a complete waste of money. There were at most 5 people at the property, no one gave us the word or a gigantic discount for this trip. Many lessons learned. The biggest is that I will never use Expedia again. Back to Costco Travel. They know how to treat their customers.”

“The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to central San Pedro. It has a nice pool in the front and a lounge area on the top floor. The apartment is very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with new appliances. I liked the modern decor. I appreciated the frequent ferry schedule to the South side. I also like the location of the property being close to places like Bliss beach. “Asst.Manager, Ed. Very efficient and effective at his job. Humble spirit at its best. Young and wise demonstrate true commitment to his field of hospitality. Property beautiful and clean, friendly house keeper, balcony spacious, well gated and lighting was also amazing. Pool and lounge chairs well kept also clean. I’m just asking that the owner would provide laundry service at $10- $12 USD per load though. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.”

“Caye Casa was beyond our expectations! We were immediately greeted with friendly and informative staff, the rooms were clean and very up to date. The pool was so nice to have for our two kids when we had a little down time. I drank coconut water *out of a coconut*, in a hammock on the porch looking at the ocean view. It was a dream! I highly recommend Caye Casa for your San Pedro travels.”

“The room was very clean and the AC was super cold. Its right in town, and our room was loud. Its close to the beach, but all the beaches in San Pedro are overwhelmed with sargassum. The maintenance man, Carlos, was super friendly. Not a whole lot of amenities there, but for the price it was good if you are looking for a clean room in town.”
