Executive Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood! This three level, spacious townhome in North Ames is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. Our home is completely redecorated with brand new furnishings and appliances- everything you need when you're away from home! We offer garage parking as well as space off the street for extra friends on game day! We are within walking distance to coffee/ grocery store and a short drive to great restaurants! Close to public transit, ISU and other venues. Long-term tenants welcome.

Great Experience
The owners were very helpful with our questions, plus really flexible and gracious with a couple of special requests we made. The house worked great for our family get together. The outdoor space directly associated with the house is minimal but there is a neighborhood gazebo across the street that was wonderful to sit and visit on a beautiful May afternoon. I would recommend the house and quiet location!

Excellent Weekend Getaway
We were in town enjoying the ISU football game for the weekend. The property was very comfortable, clean, friendly and well represented by the description. I wish we could have been around more to enjoy the beautiful living space offered by this property. Hosts were most accommodating with snacks, water in the fridge and clear instructions on the counter of anything we needed! Highly recommend this property.

Sisters Getaway
Five sisters weekend to spend time together. We spent the weekend at the townhouse that had everything we needed (and then some). Many small extras were provided above and beyond. We did a lunch train ride on the Boone Valley Scenic Railway, shopped downtown Ames and out to dinner. Had the perfect location and weekend! Thanks for being great hosts!
