“Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. Rod & Reel Pier is very close by. Extremely well stocked. It could use a few extra bath towels (only 4 provided for 4 people). Would definitely stay again.”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!”

“We had a wonderful one week visit to AMI! The condo was well appointed and very clean. As with other reviews, the location is perfect - situated right across the street from the Gulf, however, the traffic was somewhat loud. It didn’t bother us as the ocean certainly took precedence!! Rex was easy to communicate with and while the condo may be just a bit tired in decor, it met our needs perfectly! We would definitely stay here again!”

“I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in.……

“Lovely little beach house in a 4 unit one floor complex. Nicely decorated and definitely clean. I’m a stickler for linens and was grateful for white towels and white bedding. I don’t want to feel like I’m in a strangers home. It’s pretty small so you wouldn’t want more than 2 guests. Everything you would need is provided. Beach towels are actually beach towels, not bath towels (I’ve encountered that before) and beach chairs. Nice kitchen area, with everything you need to cook in, which we did a……
