“The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty. There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward. On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition.
