"Our room needed some updates, the bathtub dripped constantly and the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. We had no bodywash and when we asked housekeeping, they said they did not have any soap available. We finally went and asked the front desk for a bar of soap. On the positive side, check-in was easy, the location to the park is excellent and we appreciated the free breakfast."
