Overall it was a good experience, staff was friendly and being able to check in and out with my phone is game changer, but you could tell that the hotel needed updating. Things were outdated or just ran down. Was nervous the sink was not going to drain or the shower cut was going to fall out of wall. Was clean, just wish it was updated!

Came here for 2 nights with family, the location is just perfect for hersheypark attraction and shopping area. Quiet place too.
