On a wooded plot of 3600m2 enjoying a southern exposure with a magnificent view of Roussillon. This villa has remarkable benefits on the floor all the rooms are air-conditioned, there is a parental suite with privative terrace, dressing, office, EPS and bedding in 180/200; a second suite with office and dressing room, shower room and 160/200 bedding and a third bedroom with storage and bathroom with spa bath and wc in the corridor. There is an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. The windows are all with brick partition and integrated mosquito nets. A large terrace with outdoor kitchen overlooking a heated 11m × 5m swimming pool and secure. On the ground floor, there is an independent apartment with 1 air-conditioned bedroom and shower room, 2 × 90/200 bedding; another bedroom with 160/200 and SDE bedding; an additional kitchen, a living room, a room for the children with 3 BZ of 90/190, games and books; independent terrace for the apartment. There is also a very nice wellness room with 5-seat jacuzzi, infrared sauna, elliptical and semi-recumbent bike, rower and treadmill, swissball, stepper, floor mats ... There is a fence completely surrounding the pool, so the children can't enter the swimming pool unsupervised. It was wonderfull to stay in this place. Very comfortable beds, large outdoor & indoor kitchen. Lots of bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The swimming pool is fantastic, water temperature was ideal! (28 degrees). At night it is lit up and that was very cozy. In the basement, there is a large jacuzzi where you can also workout. It was very clean overall. It was much larger and spacious than the pictures. The check-in was very pleasant and we were treated with a meal by the owners. The view from the terrace is amazing, you can see Roussillon when you are dining in the outdoor kitchen. Location was also perfect. It is located close to Apt but it is very quiet environment with lots of privacy. Supermarkets are within 5 min drive.
