Arlington Heights Castle Hotels

We loved the design of the hotel room. So modern and elegant compared to a traditional hotel room.

Gym, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor patios, laundry accommodations, fridge, microwave, walking distance restaurant, easy freeway access/ gas stations, plentiful parking, beautiful décor and landscaping. Coffee shop/bistro. Centrally located to city and other destinations. No reason to stay anywhere else when traveling Chicago.

We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.

All in all It was a great service for me.

Very convenient location. Close to Mitsuwa Market, Kura Sushi and freeway. Friendly staff, quick check in & out. We will definitely stay again.

Affordable and a great place to sleep.

We will definitely book again when we travel to Chicago!! Everything was as described and we didn't run into any issues. The fresh donuts delivered as a welcome was the cherry on top 💜

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

Neat me tidy hotel with friendly service.

The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

Close to downtown great city view

Parking was easy , quiet area, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean.

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

The breakfast was great

Loved the bar in the lobby with the DJ on the Saturday night. Pretty trendy.

Had a great splash pad for younger children. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
