Honestly, it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the facilities seemed to be in poor condition, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of neglect and a lack of professionalism. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful when the issues were brought to their attention. Rather than trying to resolve them, it seemed as though they simply didn’t care. Basic expectations such as cleanliness, comfort and customer service were not met. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would not stay here again. The management must seriously address the lack of standards and respect for guests."
