“ Not a bad place to stay if all you want is a place to sleep. The accommodations are very sparse and extremely dated. No appeal for us to stay and hang out there any longer than we needed to. ”

“The check in/out process was very simple. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had difficulty finding parking Friday & Saturday evening. Speeding on Clubhouse Drive seemed to be normal which concerned us because we had to cross the road with our 5 month old puppy and being disabled, I am not able to move very quickly. The home itself was not very homey. There were floor to ceiling cobwebs in the bathroom with the bathtub. All of the overhead lighting fixtures had dead flys/bugs in them. When we……

The listing stated that guests would have access to Apple Valley’s pools and beaches, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property for our family vacation.Unfortunately, during both stays, we were unable to access the pools or beaches.
