“The staff was wonderful. My room was "okay". There were old French fries with a dab of ketchup under the bathroom sink. My dog found the fries in a hurry. There were also fruit flies living under the rim of my bathroom sink, undoubtedly in some mold that inhabits there. There was no ironing board and one promised never came. The tiny dirt patch to potty dogs can be tough when people don't clean up after themselves. Not the hotel's fault but there is no other place to potty them.”

“Beautiful view. Convenient walk-out for smokers. Despite having a smart TV function on the remote, this was not available. I had to go buy an HDMI cable to watch Netflix through my phone physically connected to the TV. Would have liked to have two chairs and a table outside on the patio; I had a room with two beds ( makes sense to have two chairs). Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. ”

My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the members of the staff were all helpful and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was very good. The pool at this property is really small, but great for our 2 grandchildren ages 10 and 7.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
