“From check-in to check-out, the Petra Pillars was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the pool was an added bonus. “Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! “ This status is a 5 because the staff was superb. They answered my questions timely ahead of my visit and made sure I had a good time. I’m fully aware of the location, and this is not the Ritz. It met my expectations for the night. It’s glamping. I had an issue with WiFi and the Internet. I’m sure had I said something, it would have been resolved, but I was too tired from my walk around Petra and the Treasury. It’s was a good stay. Thank You. I would visit again. ”
