"We enjoyed the ocean view, private onsen in the balcony, nice breakfast, relaxing lounge on 2nd Fl (but music too loud) and location of the hotel. Only thing we did not like was the slippery tiles in the shower. I almost fell, the tiles were slippery & there is no grab bar. Very dangerous and I started to wear the black slipper you put outside in the balcony when I took the shower. "

"It was a relaxing area especially having your own villa. Wish i stayed longer to explore the area but def would have booked for 2 or more nights instead of 1. I did enjoy the peace n quite and the food served. "

"I never experienced this type of service or hotel before. This was my first time being in a 5-star hotel and it honestly blew my mind. The place was amazing, the staff were very courteous and super friendly, and the food was incredible! Higly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go back to it if i have another chance. "Amazing place by the lake with excellent views. Room was a good size with a sofa and a balcony overlooking the lake. Very peaceful, near the two gondolas and Hakone Shrine."
