“The owner was very nice and responsive. We had an emergency and didn’t get to stay. We did notice that the pool wasn’t ready yet and I think we were the first ones to rent for this season and the bathroom wasn’t very fresh or clean. ”

“Tristen should be awarded employee of the month. Nathan the owner should be removed from Vrbo. My husband booked The Oak Casita for our 8 yr old daughters birthday. Here she and I would be Glamping for 2 nights in celebration of her. The temp was below freezing and there wasn’t any HOT WATER! Nathan hired a Property Management company and maintenance man Tristen came out several times to turn on the hot water heater. Nathan was contacted by Vrbo about the problem and his response was to have me……

“The host is amazing! He responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. Any concerns I had after arriving were handled efficiently. You will not be disappointed with the sleeping accommodations. The king sized mattress felt better than the one my husband and I use at home! This glamping container is surrounded by woods, with the opportunity to view wildlife from the sliding glass door that opens onto a back porch. Our nicest surprise was a hot tub on the front porch! It was the perfect ending……

“It’s great place, very welcoming, Here’s the minor issues: This was our 2nd visit. The coffee maker did not work for me either time. The internet had problems off and on. There was no bath soap, laundry detergent, shampoo was empty. There was a small wooden door on the outside of the house that the wind blew and it knocked against the house. It woke my son up and he propped some wood against it to keep it shut. There was sewer order in the house when my son used the shower upstairs. I……
