I encountered many front desk staff, and each of them were amazingly skilled in customer service. Made the stay much more enjoyable. If I needed something, I called and it happened. The hotel is located in a perfect area for my activities. I'll definitely stay there again.

I recently started and new job and learned after onboarding that I needed to attend a conference in the area a week after I began my position. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and usually stay at a Marriott property, but by the time I learned about the event, I just had to find a room. We have stayed at a Comfort Inn before, but it has been a long time ago. I like the convenience of the hotel to the conference center and the staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel needs some work. My room was clean, but the carpet was dirty and had some holes in it. The shower needs redoing and the shower head leaked water on the wall and the water ran into the floor behind the toilet. The lobby had been updated and the breakfast area was very clean. However, the coffee machine leaves much to be desired. It was basically like drinking water and for a coffee enthusiast like me that was most disappointing. They need to get some real coffee in there. In general, the carpet throughout the hotel needs changing and the walls need re-painting. Also, the pavement out in front of the hotel had been torn up and needs to be cleared and the area re-paved. Just general updates and maintenance. The hotel is in a great area, so Choice Hotels needs to update this property as soon as possible so that they can attract more customers visiting in the area.

Fast, friendly, and convenient service. The area is in close proximity to the airport. Only stayed 1 night, for early morning flight. I will stay again.
