"Clean and a safe place to stay"

"This was our 2nd stay here. It is in a very safe area and a very nice hotel. The room and bathroom are large and very clean. "

"Photos of rooms are false advertisement. Filthy outside, hallways, room. Carpet was disgusting in room, only two outlets worked and all furniture was broken. One nasty dirty office chair as they advertised a club style chair in rooom. Needs to be closed and totally redone. Windows were gross, green areas over grown, curtains hanging off rod. Sliding door to outside was stuck, would not open. Sheets on beds had stains. Staff did not respond to asking for a lamp or lightbulb for lamps not working. Breakfast was terrible, the juice machine only had water. A few muffins and dry cereal boxes….."

"I spent years there about 10 years ago and was very pleased. I waited for the airport hotel shuttle for so long that I called to see if it was still offered. Though, they said the shuttle was running every 20 minutes, I was picked up after around 45 minutes. It was an unmarked rental (it was clean, but unmarked). I was there due to a family funeral. My room was never cleaned over the 3 nights I was there. But I was used the room for preparing for my mother's funeral much of the first day. The breakfast was more basic than I expected (which normally offers bagels, cream cheese--I don't recall seeing even butter for the slices of bread). I let the staff know I would be checking out earler than planned (my mother's funeral was earlier than expected) and understood that their shuttle was not running at 4 a.m. when I was leaving. It was noted that I would be leaving early and I was told it would not be a problem. When I came down there was no one at the front desk and wasn't for about the half hour I waited for my Lyft to arrive. I left my keys and the folder with the room number at the desk. Only when I checked my phone hours later did I learn they had not checked me out with a warning I had 30 minutes to officially check out before additional charges for late check out would occur. I noted that I'd already checked out. The hotel is rather run down, though, basically clean, hence my rating (the inside of the elevator was badly scratched up, as an example)."

"The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser did not work. TV reception was terrible. Tub was very slippery and no handles in shower/tub to help with balance since it was so slippery. "
