"The room had bedbugs. I took pictures of everything. They told me they were going to contact the third-party and refund me my money, but they never did. I spoke with someone who worked there that night. I was only in the room for less than 30 minutes when I got there and I immediately checked out and they offered me a refund. I came from out of town 67 hours away and it was complete fell off of my time."

"It was fine, the grandkid's loved the pool and the arcade."

"Breakfast was average. Our tv remote didnt work. So we got batteries. Still didnt work. Got another remote still didnt work. Had to use our daughter across the halls remote. Their bedding was dirty so had to have that changed right when we got there. Other guests had issues with their room keys not working. Windows were filthy with fingerprints. Floors around the beds were clearly not vaccumed. Screens were tore. Our spout in the tub wasnt screwed into the wall so we did that. No coffee pot in the room. "

"Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. At one point, I was taking a luggage cart back to the lobby when a housekeeping staff intervened and volunteered to take it back for me. The only glitch was breakfast, where the attendant was apparently not too proactive in making sure everything was stocked. Coffee dispenser was empty and I had to ask the attendant to refill it. Gravy pot was empty. The only scrambled eggs in the pan were the ones stuck to the bottom of the pan. The forks section of the plasticware was empty. Everything else was great."

"The breakfaat was average, thou fresh. There was enough street parking nearby, safe."

"Our shower only had cold water. The air conditioner was noisy. Although my breakfast was adequate it was not hot. The bedside table had coffee stains on it but we didnt drink coffee On a positive note the beds were quite comfortable. "

"I didn't do the breakfast as I expected it to not be diabetic friendly and I left at 0530. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were stains on the couch cushions. No ice in the ice machines. Noisy. I could hear the next door neighbors moving around. No microwave in the room. Not really the right price for an average room. Holiday Express is better and cheaper."
