Listing is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

What's Inside?
-Feel free to enjoy the breakfast snacks and fruit and coffee from the Keurig machine. Also, enjoy some La Croix natural sodas in the fridge.
-I have a dual waffle iron visible on the kitchen counter with everything you need to prepare delicious waffles in the kitchen cabinet directly above.
-Feel free to change the temperature of the Nest Thermostat located on the bottom floor between the kitchen and half bathroom to whatever suits you best.
-Watch TV, Netflix, or multiple movies downstairs using Xbox Plex app -Feel free to use my desk downstairs if you require a dedicated study area.
-Feel free to wash your sheets or clothes if you'd like to downstairs.
-And last but not least: free WiFi Internet.

-Here's the sleeping arrangement:
--1 king-size bed (master bedroom)
--1 Queen bed (guest bedroom # 1)
--2x twin size mattresses (top bunk bed and trundle in guest bedroom # 2)
--1 full-size mattress (bottom bunk in guest bedroom # 2)
--2x twin size mattresses (top bunk bed and trundle in the fun room)
--1 full-size mattress (bottom bunk in the fun room)
--1x Queen size air mattress (common space)

-Other things to note:
--House is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, sanitized with O3 generators upstairs and downstairs for 2 hours, and treated with UVC light to provide the best possible environment for our clients.
--Happy to authorize a limited late checkout, if applicable, as a courtesy upon request. Authorization of late checkout must be granted via communication with the host prior to checking out late, otherwise, a $50 late checkout fee may apply. Infractions of House Rules (i.e. unauthorized parties/large gatherings, smoking in the home, etc.) are subject to a minimum fee of $150.
