"Bed was hard like a brick, very uncomfortable, shower had x2 shower heads - seemed to be an old one that was still installed and dripping was very weird, shower also had no hot water in the morning, the hotel is pretty outdated but in a good area, literally a minute to the Queen Victoria markets and a beautiful park across the road. The staff we saw on checkout were so friendly and courteous and the cleaners do a great job of keeping a pretty outdated hotel looking nice and clean. Would stay again for a short stay but wouldn’t recommend a long term stay. "

"The Grace was a lovely historical place to stay. Comfy bed & good room, very handy to everything in the middle of the city. Only downside is no Foxtel TV. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location, short walk to Darling harbour/ Barangaroo and to the city. No swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast facilities, excellent bar on roof top looking out over the harbour and surrounds, but pricey $$. Bed was quite hard, shower had good pressure. Room was very quiet on city side of the hotel. Found all staff pleasant and helpful."
