"Laut Anzeige sollten es fünf Schlafzimmer sein, wir haben aber nur drei bekommen. Vor Ort hieß es dann, wir könnten die Schlafzimmer für einen ordentlichen Aufpreis mit dazu mieten. Der beschriebene Grill war ein rostiges, kaputtes Teil, dass niemand hernehmen kann. Das Ganze ist im zweiten Obergeschoss über der Gastgeberin. Die zwei Schlafzimmer, die uns gefehlt haben, wären auf dem Geschoss von der Gastgeberin gewesen. Die Haustür unten war permanent geöffnet, so dass man oben im zweiten Stock...

"Apartment was good. Kitchen was good, bathroom was good. It was nice and clean. If you need something you can contact the lady that take care of the apartments. You have to know that you are in de mountain 1400m so the way down cost you at least 15/20 minutes. The bigger city's Villach, Feldkirchen etc. is a ride from between 30 and 45 minutes. Supermarkets are there a lot, most of the time we were going to Billa. You recommend a Karinthië card it's saves you a lot of money ;-)."

"Die Unterkunft bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten, wie eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kicker, eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool. Sie war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation funktionierte sowohl per Chat als auch telefonisch einwandfrei. Geschäfte sind nicht direkt um die Ecke, sondern etwa 2 km entfernt, weshalb ein Auto für Einkäufe notwendig ist. Zum Zeller See sind es ca. 1,8 km zu Fuß. Der Service des Anbieters war hervorragend, und die Ausstattung ist auf dem neuesten Stand."

"We loved staying at Rioca! The staff was wonderful. Every single staff person answered our many questions and gave us tips on where to go, how to get there, and what to see and where to eat. All written down for us. Staff always checked in with us when we returned from our daily adventures. Invaluable information, thank you!!! A lovely bar/restaurant right next door. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. Our room 5 stars. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come back to Vienna."

"This hotel’s biggest strength is its location. It’s about a 0.4-mile walk to the Hofburg Palace and even closer to the Museum of Art, making it an excellent base for exploring Vienna on foot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the hotel was clean throughout our stay. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning. If you’re visiting in the winter, this won’t be a concern, as the rooms are well heated. However, if you’re traveling during the summer—especially during a heat wave like we experienced with temperatures in the high 80s to low 90s (°F)—the rooms can become quite warm. To their credit, the staff provided us with an extra fan, which made sleeping at night comfortable. The heat was most noticeable during the afternoon if we returned to the room for a break before heading back out. Overall, this is a clean, well-managed hotel in a fantastic location. If you’re visiting outside of the hottest months, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"We are on a multiweek tour through Europe and this was a lovely find. We recently stayed 4 nights.The hotel is tastefully decorated, well organized, and the staff was wonderful. It even smelled nice throughout the property. We did not try any of the amenities, so I cannot comment on those. Location wise, it is great. There are plenty of places to eat and do some quick shopping in the immediate area. It is very close to tram and bus stops, and the neighborhood felt clean and safe even after dark. Bonus for us, it had a min fridge. With a teen in the party, we have a tendency to have food and drink stashed everywhere:) If you want to be in the middle of the main tourist areas, this may not be the best location. However, most attractions are only a short tram or bus ride away. We reserved a Superior room and it was very spacious, with two twin beds. After a couple of smaller hotel stays elsewhere on this trip, the extra space was much appreciated. The room was very quiet only every once in a while heard people above us and I think that was actually housekeeping vacuuming. My only complaint is the shower/tub combination (see photo). The tub has a very high step in and an equally high step out. I am 5'8" and found it surprisingly awkward and a little concerning. My daughter is 5'2" and a teen, and felt the same way. Neither of us has mobility issues, but we both thought a fall could easily result in an injury. We woulf stay again and recommend to others!"

"The room was a good size, had an excellent bathroom and all of the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was varied and fresh and the complimentary water bottle refills were much appreciated. All staff were welcoming and helpful in answering questions. Great location a couple of minutes walk to the central station and approx 30 minutes walk to the historic centre."
