"First, the view is spectacular. The yard... spectacular. The mattresses were really old, connected coil garbage. The fan in the master was so loud you would need earplugs to sleep. The mattress in the master (where you had a beautiful view) was so broken down on one side from someone sitting on it for years that it visibly sloped into a trough.
