Avila beach Escape is a spacious two bedroom condo just 4 minutes from the beach, promenade shopping and dining.
At ground level is a large master suite and en-suite jetted tub and walk-in shower, and TV. The master suite has a private patio with fire-pit. Having the fire-pit takes just enough of the evening beach chill away extending patio evening hours.
On the second level is a roomy great room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, dining for 6, plus 3 bar stools. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Panoramic windows frame mountain views.The skylights and upper windows provide plenty of natural light in living areas.
Off the living room and kitchen is a balcony with a propane Bbq to whip up your taste morsels after a day in the sun or nearby Avila Golf course. The living room has a fireplace and large TV. The kitchen has designer appliances and is large enough for two chefs to share the space while guests gather around the granite island.
Avila beach Escape has a lot of owner touches including local artist work. The condo has hardwood floors, bedrooms are carpeted; basic Spectrum; WIFI; washer/dryer; propane BBQ; fluffy white linens and towels; cooking utensils and serving dishes; sleeps 6 (master-king, 2nd bedroom-queen, living room-queen sleeper sofa); nearby Avila Beach Golf Resort and Bob Jones bike trail. No smoking or vaping, no pets. One car garage plus one space within the complex.
The condo does have a portable AC unit. Please ask Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals to setup prior to your arrival, if needed.
This Home does not have a hot tub, it has a jetted bathroom tub.
