“应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。”

“Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning……

“Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. ”

“We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed. That is not what happened. The crews showed up daily, sawing through brick and mortar in what appeared to be an addition. This all happened right outside our door,……

“This was my 3rd or 4th stay at Hampton Inn Farmington. The amenities are great. A quality breakfast included with a fair number of options and the gym, pool and hot tub are nice. However, the hotel seems to target children's birthday parties and traveling sports teams. The lobby is boisterous and overrun with loud and rowdy unsupervised children and teens. If you want a peaceful stay, choose another hotel.”

“I hate to say it but the sister property in Avon can’t even compare to this location. I was so disappointed with the Avon location that I amazed to find out that this was a sister property. The instant I walked in the door, Matt was amazing, the rooms are quaint and clean, and the restaurant along with the staff like Kelly, put an exclamation point on the property. The restaurant is the gem of the entire hotel. When locals fill the restaurant on a Tuesday night it speaks volumes. I will be back……
