“Second time staying at the Azoris roGarden”

“The reception helped plan my stay including dinner reservations and island excursions before I even arrived. They responded via email in an extremely timely and professional manner. The marina view was nice, quiet, and very clean. The festivals and music were amazing. The room was super clean with daily linen changes when requested as well as turn down service. There’s no microwave but there was a stocked mini fridge with light snacks and drinks( for a fee). There are restaurants, mini marts,……

“The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant food was great, especially the breakfast buffet and the fresh inlets, but the wait staff was not equally as good. They seemed bothered by any request. The pool was not usable. It was dirty with dead bugs floating on the surface. We didn’t see a single person in the pool during our entire visit. The location was close enough to town but we would stay somewhere else if we came back. There are a bunch of boutique hotels outside of town with beautiful……

“The staff was great and the property is beautiful. We felt the location was perfect for exploring the island, everything was accessible by car. The town the hotel is in is cute and a quick/easy walk from the resort. We loved staying there!”
