"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Beautiful 5-bedroom house in Enchanting Crosslake -Pontoon Incl with 7 day stay!

"This lake home had very adequate supplies; kitchen was very useful in the large family room. There are many beds for a large group. The teen girls enjoyed the bunk beds. A bathroom on each floor was essential so welcome. We so enjoyed the included pontoon and were able to launch our boat to pull tubers. A campfire provided us with an enjoyable time having s'mores. O'Brien Lake was really a nice clear lake with sandy bottom. Thanks also to Greg for quick replies to questions we had. From Waukon, Iowa and Mpls. area."
