“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!”
