"Hotel is close to airport. A/C just provides heat, need to open window. Bathroom lights were tricky. Breakfast was good, Monica was great, very attentive. Nearby Viena fast food place and Carcobo supermarket were a blessing"

"Don’t stay here! If you care about your rest just put 40-50 more Euros and book a better place. Stayed here 2 nights didn’t had any sleep at all. Walls are like made out of paper. You hear everything, last night me & my wife were hearing people having s*x upstairs. All the conversations on the corridor , people closing their doors. As I said if you want to sleep find a better place. I woke up at 8 am both days due to the noise on corridors. Next up the cleanliness of the room. My wife found black long hair inside of the shower walls + next to the sink. Toilet bowl runs dirty even you don’t flush, stinks. Bedding was dirty, there are broken marks on the walls & furniture. So The list keeps going."

"Great great staff Roberto on the front desk made our stay an absolute pleasure. Great English helpful and a delightful character. Everyone we interacted with on the front desk were amazing . The rooms are spotless and great house keeping. Recommend the breakfast and it’s affordable compared with trying to find the right meal in the morning in an unfamiliar neighbourhood. . "
