“I had some difficulty contacting the host a few weeks before our trip. I got support from Vrbo help and was able to send the necessary communication to the host. From then on, the communication went better. The unit was okay for the price. It was spacious enough for 2-3 people. The building staff were all courteous and helpful. The amenities can still be improved - there's visible rust in the microwave oven as well as the shower hoses. The shower tiles has grime build up. There were 3 people……

“They sent us check in instruction stating that we do not need to call them. To just arrive between check in time. We got there and we were not allowed to check in. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us. ”

“After traveling for 20 hours, anticipating our late check in for rest and relaxation only to find upon entering our room that it had a foul smell and it was filthy and uncleaned. The bathroom nasty with no towels or toilet paper. A filthy, roach infested apartment unit is what was presented to us. We immediately called the host to inform and inquire and her response was that the unit was cleaned but our standards differ. There was literally food left behind in the microwave. The linen was dirty……
