“I very much enjoyed my stay at the family friendly motel. The entire staff couldn't be more helpful and the accommodation was everything I needed. The location is perfect, being literally at the end of the exit as you enter town Everything I needed was within a only few minutes drive. Gas, food, everything. Everyone was so kind during my recent stay. I will be returning on my next trip back. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“I have tried to stay at this property when in Paducah the past few years. Formerly Auburn Place. However when I checked in last night after change to Hilton Spark, service was still good, clean, but no more hot breakfast and price increased. I probably will go back to other places. Nothing making this location exceptional.”

“Front Staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. We asked if we could use the outside pavilion for a small family dinner get-together. We were in town as my husband's mom was very sick, and now has laid to rest. The Manager offered the dining area instead, so we could have our family gathering in comfort. That offer meant a lot! It made our family dinner time less sad...We chose to stay here due to the proximity where everything is in Mayfield and also,- we feel very safe at this location. If we……

“The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can.”

“I think that there should be an ice machine closer then the front office. I always had to wait hours for clean towels and though I ask for toilet paper at numerous times and it was never delivered to the room. My wife and I had to buy toilet paper at the Dollar General down the road. Staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained but they were not very interested in the small things like toilet paper or bringing back towels when housekeeping had already picked up all the towels and wash……
