“It was my second time here in the last few weeks, the first visit was a large room king bed and I had no issues. Good clean room, good Internet connection. On this occasion I chose a suite, very disappointed with the standard considering the cost between the 2 rooms. The Internet was poor, tv buffering all the time on iplayer etc, had to use own network for phone coverage. The rooms are situated at the side of the industrial estate, i opened the windows for some fresh air but had to close them……

“We didn't know where to pick up the keys at 1600hrs the bar was late opening, we was also waiting at the wrong Nook bar. Lack of information on where to wait. "Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one third of it for classes so I just stayed a bit but they have steam room and sauna. However the location is quite remote from public transport or shop but the room rate explains it all."
